Arsenal's Coaching Staff and Legacy

Early Years and FA Cup Win

The year was 1886 when Woolwich Arsenal was founded by workers at the Royal Arsenal in Woolwich, London. The club was initially known as Woolwich Arsenal and played its first match against Eastern Wanderers on 11 December 1886, winning 6–0.

In 1891, Arsenal moved to a new ground, Invicta Park, and joined the Football League Second Division. The club's first major trophy came in 1930 when it won the FA Cup, defeating Huddersfield Town 2–0 in the final.

Legacy of Success

Arsenal is one of the most successful clubs in English football history. They have won 13 league titles, 14 FA Cups, and 2 League Cups. The club's most successful period was under manager Arsène Wenger, who led the Gunners to three Premier League titles, seven FA Cups, and seven Community Shields between 1996 and 2018.

Arsenal is also known for its iconic stadium, the Emirates Stadium. Opened in 2006, the stadium has a capacity of over 60,000 and is one of the most modern and impressive stadiums in the world. On the exterior of the Emirates Stadium, giant murals of Arsenal legends interlink with one another arm in arm, showcasing the club's rich history and the special bond between players and fans.
